The laptop fan is working at higher speed than before most of the time, and the overall performance is worse. The laptop runs hot really fast when I watch videos or just use multiple browsers. Although, it works fine in the beginning but after like 10 minutes it starts to run hot. I never encountered issues like these with AMD drivers before the Windows update.
